Care & Payment

We are a Veterinary Hospital focused on providing quality lifetime care for your extraordinary pet, not a financial institution. As a result full payment is due at the time of your pet’s evaluation, treatment, and /or discharge.

No Show or Missed Appointments

Petparents, please be advised that you could be charged $44 for any “Missed Appointments” that we had scheduled especially for your Pet & You. If you are unable to keep your pet’s scheduled appointment please call us ASAP so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Additionally we offer a payment plan called CareCredit, Once approved, CareCredit can give you the flexibility to invest in your pet’s healthcare as needed and spread out the payments over time. Applying for CareCredit, is free and takes only a few minutes!
